Belgrade, 20th of February –Marbo Product, a company that operates as part of the global PepsiCo at Western Balkans, this year received the prestigious Top Employer Award for Business in Serbia and in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company has already received this recognition for a record, sixth time in a row, based on more than 600 best HR practices related to human resource management and processes in human resources. This prestigious award is given by Top Employers Institute from Netherlands.
PepsiCo in the Western Balkans is investing intensively in employees respecting human rights, promoting diversity and engagement. The company has created an inclusive and multicultural work environment, and there is intensive work on gender equality through specific programs to support women's careers. Currently, 46% of employees are women, while 48% are women in management positions.
