PEPSICO CHOOSES ITS FUTURE COLEAGUES

PepsiCo launches global program with aim to fin innovators who will advance the food and beverage industry, but also get the opportunity to work in this team for two years

Belgrade, 07 September 2020 - The global challenge for students and graduates "Dare To Do More" is launched by PepsiCo this year as well. The goal of this program is to choose best candidates who will use their knowledge, harness their entrepreneurial skills and identify the next big trend in foods and beverages, but also to continue to develop and gain experience at PepsiCo.

"Dare to do more" program is a competitive program and consists of several phases: a case study, an interview, a mentoring program and a grand finale. Through a case study, participants are tasked with designing a unique product or upgrading an existing line of PepsiCo products, and those who are most creative in doing will be interviewed for one of the open positions. Sanja Miladinović Talent Aqusition Manager at PepsiCo says that experience so far has shown that the last two phases are the most exciting for DTDM finalists.

"Participants with the best ideas will secure a place in the finals and will have the opportunity to present them to PepsiCo experts from whom they will receive useful tips to prepare for the grand finals, and only the best will be invited to travel to Barcelona and attend the final event together with 25 finalists from the region and compete for valuable prizes ", says Miladinović.

In addition to this competition, the best students and graduates from Serbia will have the opportunity to join the PepsiCo team for 2 years and thus gain experience in this global company.

"Within the “Dare To Do More” program, we will accept 9 candidates for open positions in the sectors of sales, human resources, supply chain, finance, agro-procurement, digital marketing and the Insights sector. The idea of this two-year program is to create future managers who will be ready to take on complex tasks and be real ambassadors of our company. We are trying to successfully nurture initiatives and implement projects that aim to promote our company as one of the most desirable employers," stated Miladinović.
